Shipping & Receiving Clerk – 2nd Shift

Location: Battle Creek, MI

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 1:00 PM – 9:30 PM (Some Saturdays Required)

Pay Rate: $17.50/hour

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Shipping & Receiving Clerk to join our warehouse team on 2nd shift . If you have previous experience in shipping and receiving and are looking for a steady opportunity with competitive pay, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule outgoing shipments and logistics
• Verify contents of shipments for accuracy and compliance
• Inspect outgoing shipments to meet specifications and quality standards
• Prepare and print accurate shipping labels
• Receive and track incoming deliveries
• Document and manage returns of damaged or unsold goods
• Maintain computerized shipping and receiving records
• Enter data and generate shipping/receiving documents (invoices, instructions, etc.)
• Conduct regular inventory counts
• Organize, clean, and maintain warehouse space
• Work independently and as part of a team to ensure smooth warehouse operations
• Perform additional duties as needed within the scope of the position

• Previous shipping/receiving experience required
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Excellent time management and a sense of urgency
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Computer literacy and experience with warehouse systems
