Role: Senior Project Manager Dynamics 365

Location: Vancouver, BC (Remote)

Type: Contract

Duties and Responsibilities for this position include (what this person will do on a daily/weekly basis):

• Lead the delivery of the Dynamics 365 Customer Service and Power Platform implementation project from initiation through closure.
• Coordinate with technical leads and developers working on Power Pages, Power Apps, and Dynamics 365 components.
• Define and manage the project scope, timeline, budget, and resources.
• Facilitate requirement-gathering sessions and ensure business needs are translated into technical deliverables.
• Manage dependencies, risks, and issues, escalating as appropriate.
• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and adhere to Microsoft best practices.
• Track and report on project status, milestones, and KPIs to stakeholders and leadership.
• Support change management and user adoption efforts, including training and communications planning.
• Oversee UAT cycles, cutover activities, and post-go-live stabilization.
• Drive continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned and ensuring knowledge transfer.
• Act as the primary point of contact between business sponsors, stakeholders, and the technical delivery team.

Basic Qualifications:

• 7 years' experience with Agile, Scrum, or hybrid project management methodologies; PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification preferred.
• 5 years' experience coordinating cross-functional teams including developers, solution architects, and business analysts.
• 5 years' experience in project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.
• Ability to work with both technical and business stakeholders, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• 5 years' experience with project management tools (Azure DevOps, MS Project, Jira, or equivalent).
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
• Familiarity with governance, compliance, and security considerations in enterprise IT projects.

Nice to have:

• 3 years' experience managing Dynamics 365 (Customer Service) and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Dataverse) projects.
• 2 years' experience of CRM/Customer Service processes (case management, knowledge base, omnichannel, SLAs).
• 2 years' experience with Microsoft cloud ecosystem (Azure, Microsoft 365, Teams integration).
