What You'll Do :
- Lead the full interior design process through schematic design, design development, construction documents, and construction administration.
- Translate design concepts into technical documentation with a focus on detailing, millwork, lighting, and all aspects of the interior environment.
- Ensure project deliverables meet requirements for time, budget, quality, and scope.
- Present ideas, resolve issues, and communicate project progress to clients with confidence.
- Manage client expectations, team coordination, and consultant communications.
- Source materials, finishes, fixtures, and furniture; prepare budgets and bid documents.
- Document finishes, millwork, and interior architecture in Revit.
- Produce 3D renderings using SketchUp and/or Revit.
- Create impactful graphic packages and client presentations using InDesign.
- Conduct site visits, perform field measurements, and oversee construction progress and material installation.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience as an Interior Designer (experience with high-end residential, K 12 education, or medical projects preferred).
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design or Architecture.
- NCIDQ certification or licensed Architect (strongly preferred).
- Proficiency in Revit and SketchUp.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong follow-through.
- Excellent time management and ability to prioritize under shifting deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with proven ability to build productive client and team relationships.
- A growth mindset with a genuine desire to keep learning and developing.
