Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and collaborative Project Manager with 4–7 years of experience to lead strategic initiatives and support Agile delivery across multiple business units. The ideal candidate is a servant leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enabling teams to deliver high-quality features with speed and precision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive end-to-end project delivery using Agile and SDLC frameworks
• Facilitate PI planning, requirement gathering, roadmapping, and status reporting
• Manage risk, dependencies, and cross-functional coordination
• Collaborate with Product Owners to maintain refined backlogs and roadmaps
• Track KPIs and delivery metrics using Jira, SharePoint, Teams, etc.
• Support project intake and prioritization processes
• Coach teams through project milestones and delivery best practices

Required Skills & Experience:

• PMP certification or equivalent project management expertise
• Hands-on experience with SAFe Agile and SDLC methodologies
• Strong communication, risk mitigation, and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Structure, SharePoint)
• Ability to work closely with product and engineering teams to drive results
