Responsible for supporting practice physicians and working as a team with other support staff.

Principal Accountabilities:
1. Work as a team to support the practice physicians, i.e. stock rooms, assist in procedures

2. Take vitals, room patients and document in EMR.

3. Answer patient calls and route messages appropriately.

4. Obtain authorizations for testing, order supplies

5. Other assigned duties

Qualifications

Required:
1. HS Diploma or equivalent

Preferred:
1. Strong interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written
2. Patient, compassionate nature
3. Ability to operate as part of a team, alongside physicians and nurses
4. Proficiency in computer-based data management programs and information systems
