With over 3.2 million Americans impacted, SAA provides trusted resources, education, advocacy, and support for patients and their families. We lead efforts in research and awareness, ensuring no one faces spondylitis alone. For over 40 years, we’ve focused on just one type of arthritis—yours.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry and Records Clerk to join our team remotely. In this role, you will help maintain and organize digital records, input data into our systems, and ensure information is accurate and up to date. This is an ideal position for someone looking for a flexible, easy, and low-stress work-from-home job.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately enter data into internal systems (spreadsheets, databases, CRM tools, etc.)
  

• Review and verify data for errors or missing information
  

• Organize and maintain digital files and records
  

• Perform regular data clean-up and updates
  

• Respond to basic emails or inquiries related to records
  

• Follow confidentiality and data protection guidelines
  

• Assist with occasional administrative tasks as needed
  

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
  

• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, Google Docs, typing)
  

• Strong attention to detail
  

• Good written communication
  

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  

• Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace at home
  

• Prior experience in data entry or clerical work is a plus but not required
