Job Description

Are you a customer service-oriented individual looking for a remote opportunity in the Information Technology industry? Computer Core is seeking a Call Center Representative to join our team and provide exceptional support to our clients. This position offers the flexibility to work from home while still making a meaningful impact on our customers.

Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner
Provide technical support and assistance to customers with IT-related issues
Troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries and complaints
Document all interactions and maintain accurate customer records
Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in a customer service role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Basic knowledge of computer systems and software
